Chris Schwarz, CPA, began his career with a local Dallas CPA firm with a total of 25 professionals after graduating from St. Edward’s University in 2000 and earning his CPA in 2003.  Chris became an Officer of that firm in 2009.  In 2011 that firm was acquired by a national CPA firm where he became a Partner.  When feeling like he was losing touch with his clients he decided to open his own Practice in 2012.  Chris has become a great asset to his clients in both consulting on tax savings strategies and financial awareness and financial planning for their business. 

He is very active in the community and is committed to helping the families of those that serve and protect our freedoms.  He joined the board of the Snowball Express foundation as treasurer in 2011 where they serve the children of our fallen military by providing events across the country for them to connect and communal heal.  These events culminate in a large gathering of over 1,500 children and surviving spouses here in Dallas for a 5-day event where they can heal during the holiday season.  Chris is currently the Vice-chairman and CFO of this organization for which he has served since 2014.  Chris is also Vice President of the Guns and Hoses Foundation of North Texas where they provide support for the families of fallen Police and Fire.  He started with the Guns and Hoses foundation in 2010 by chairing a golf tournament which provided funds to support equipment purchases for underfunded police departments in the area.  He was a board consultant before joining the Board in 2015.

Rob is an accomplished financial and tax accountant with more than 20+ years of experience serving a variety of individual, business and nonprofit clients. Previously, he served as a Partner at a Dallas, Texas, based CPA firm, where he worked with small businesses and individuals to provide tax planning and compliance, accounting services and tax consulting. Banes is a graduate of Baylor University and has been an active member of Rotary Club and Friends of the Katy Trail in Dallas. Rob continues this focus on tax consulting and compliance here at Schwarz-CPA.   

Aaron began his career graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from The University of Texas at Dallas. Accounting was recommended to him as a safe and versatile business degree, and he enjoys the story told about a business by following its cash flows. He performs a dual-role at Schwarz CPA, including tax accounting and systems administration, while he works towards his Master’s degree and eventual CPA license. His hobbies include Trading Card  Games, League of Legends, and watching popular TV shows and series in his free time.
